How do I get started?
Visit an Estridge model home (link to neighborhoods) or contact Angie, your Online Concierge, and share your interest in learning more about Fully Furnished & Free. But hurry, this program is only available until January 10th.
HOW CAN WE PROVIDE A HOME FULL OF FURNITURE FREE?
Our focus is to provide our homeowners a fully furnished home, built with the great quality and detail-orientation expected from Estridge. With HOMExperience, our home decor and accessories store in Clay Terrace, we are able to provide this furniture without increasing our home prices or charging homeowners for the furniture. Simply put, because of HOMExperience, Estridge has a very unique relationship with furniture manufacturers such as Kincaid Furniture Company, Rowe Fine Furniture, Vaughan Bassett, Surya Rugs and more. This relationship allows us to purchase containers of furnishings at wholesaler pricing and create this unique program for our homeowners.
HOW MUCH FURNITURE IS A HOME FULL OF FURNITURE?
Fully furnishing & finishing your Estridge home means that your home has furniture accompanying a professionally designed furniture layout for each room of your home - sofas, end tables and entertainment centers in the great room; bed, dresser, nightstands in the bedroom, etc.
WHY IS THIS A PILOT RELEASE UNTIL JANUARY 10TH?
At Estridge, we have a perpetual desire to better serve our homeowners. Through HOMExperience, we have heard feedback that it can take a few years for their new home to truly feel complete. We think that Fully Furnished & Free may be a new way of building homes with us.
